"First my dryer would not heat up. I called Tick. He called back within a day scheduled as soon as he could. It was my thermostats. He had it in the car and was fixed s within an hour. While he was jest I mentioned that my dishwasher wasn’t cleaning properly. He looked at it; determined I needed a new sprayer head. He ordered the part and called me when it was in. Came right over and replaced it and it’s working like new. While he was here I mentioned that my oven door wasn’t gliding properly. He fixed that while he was here. I think his work is superior and his prices are reasonable. He will always be the first I call for appliance repair"

"I started my laundry in our washer this morning only to discover water pouring out of the bottom of the washer with no clear reason why. I put in an Angie’s request and the team from Freezing Cold Appliance Repairs was the first to call me and told me they could come between 2-5pm today. I immediately said yes as I needed the washer repaired as quickly as possible with two teenage boys in the house and lots of dirty clothing! Dymtro called me around 12:30 saying they were close by and could come sooner which was great news! They arrived and quickly assessed the situation which luckily was a minor repair and at a very reasonable cost.
