"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. "Precision Remodeling did a phenomenal job rebuilding my leaky basement shower stall the result of poor installation from another contractor this spring. Jamie reassured me that his company uses quality waterproofing materials (Wedi) and employs skilled tradesman. Kirk, the plumbing technician, discovered a secondary leak in the piping and was able to correct the issue before shower installation. Steve meticulously waterproofed and tiled the shower in an intricate herringbone pattern. Grout lines are to perfection and no leaks! Jamie kept me informed of every aspect of the project. "We needed to replace a Peachtree hinged patio door that provides access to our walk out basement. We have used AES for 5 remodeling projects over the past 5 years and they have always done excellent work. So, I called Dave Hill, our salesman at AES. Dave came out to the house promptly to take a look at the door and give us an estimate. He recommended a ProVia door as the best value. Mark, their door installer, came out to take measurements. The door was delivered to the house and Mark came out to do the install. The original door was a non-standard size and an unusual install. The only way the new door was going to fit was if they removed the inside drywall, floor tile and vinyl floor around the door, installed the door and then replaced everything. Mark was willing and able to do the work but after more discussion we agreed that the job was getting out of hand. AES ordered a seconds door (at no cost to us) that could be installed from the outside. Mark came out a second time and installed the door in about 5 hours. The new door fits perfectly. The inside finishing work looks great and the outside is well sealed and looks great."
