But I was having a mole problem and wanted some lawn service, but for everything it was like $2600  a year, but called him back and told him it was out of my price range. They didn't charge me anything it was just an estimate. they came out and looked at the property and told me what I needed. Apparently I had several moles and hard to get rid of. Initial treatment was fine about $110 he was going to lay some traps, but what I didn't like it was going to be $89 after that every 45 days for maintenance."

Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. "They were on time and very quick.  The digging needed to put in the irrigation system was minimal damage to the grass.  The plumbing work was top notch and explaining on how to use the irrigation system was very easy.
