Josh was extremely knowledgeable, explaining what had been done incorrectly the last time the roof was replaced, and the steps that would be taken to remedy the situation. The estimate appointment lasted about an hour between examining the roof and reviewing the products / answering any questions we had. We appreciated that it wasn't a 2.5 hour song and dance like other roofing companies had done. The estimate was not the lowest we received (nor the highest), but was within reason, and we got what we paid for- in this case, a professional, efficient installation with an excellent warranty. Installation took one day. When we brought a minor issue with one of the vents to their attention a few weeks later, they came out the next day to fix it. I recommend this company."

"I think this system is quite pricey and was reluctant to have it installed because of the price.  However, the sales person was willing to work with me to tweak my plan to get the price to a more palatable level for me.  The system certainly does keep the garage a lot more organized and much, much cleaner.  On the day of installation the team arrived right on time.  They introduced themselves and reviewed with me what they would be doing.  They worked steadily all day until they finished and before they left they reviewed the project with me.  They were polite and congenial.  I have had to have them come back since  the installation to deliver 2 shelves that were not in stock when the system was installed and to change out 2 accessories that I wanted to exchanged.  On each occasion they were prompt and professional.  I received a follow-up call from the office to be sure that everything was to my liking.  I found this company to be very customer oriented and responsive.
