"Dave (and his assistant Jake) just completed the installation of a white vinyl railing on our existing no-maintenance deck. He was prompt in arriving each day (arrived when promised), efficient (all work completed 1 day ahead of schedule) and did all work as promised. The previously installed steps needed additional work, which involved removing, modifying, and re-installing 2 sets of stairs. Dave's attention to detail recognized that this modification would ensure the finished job would look seamless. The completed installation looks wonderful! Other bids I received never mentioned the mis-alignment of the stairs. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave to future clients. I have already asked him to estimate additional work at my home!"

I found Juan on Angie's list and called him to come out to get an estimate. He gave me four referrals, and I called all of them. They gave rave reviews and said they have used him repeatedly for jobs because of his work quality, work ethic, and excellent price.
I found this to completely true as they worked in my home for 3 weeks Monday through Saturday. His crew were skilled, hard workers, and beyond courteous with me. I was pregnant and had 2 young children at home and feared living with the construction, however, his crew were so professional as they moved they from each part of the house, making sure not to leave a mess and safety., that it turned out not to be a problem.
The work that they did was so meticulous: sometimes redoing a ceiling b/c it wasn't level, getting between areas, and repainting a whole room b/c the army green looked so bad. Juan also has an excellent eye for colors and design; I have received numerous compliments on both the color and quality of the work (even from a painter friend).
Both my husband and I have agreed that we will call JV again and have recommended him to friends."

Our new kitchen included new flooring, which extended into joining laundry room (we chose porcelain tile),  level 1 granite counter top, tile backsplash, paint, new cabinets, and electrical work (we replaced a big light with 4 recessed lights, and moved the location of our appliances.)

New half bathroom included new vanity, granite counter top, flooring (which extended into the entry way), paint, and they installed a new toilet, mirror and light fixture which we purchased separately.

Ocean's estimate was the best we received. (One contractor gave an estimate for just refacing cabinets which was almost as much as Ocean's for brand new ones.) They also had great reviews on Angie's List so we decided to go with them. We worked with Sean. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Our installers were a team of 3 that worked very efficiently and cleaned up after each work day.

There were a few hiccups along the way, but I think that can be expected when doing such a major job. Both Sean, and the installers made sure that we were happy in the end.

We would definitely use them again. The price was great, as was the quality of work and professionalism.

We are very happy with our kitchen and bathroom.
