He replaced around 20 rusted out footings on our balcony railings, and also removed roughly 20 bars with decorative elements and replaced them with straight bars. He did the entire job in one day, and from start to finish, from the estimate through to the end, he was a joy to work with, and did an excellent job. "The spring of the garage got broken and I called this company to come and fix it. Oren was able to give me a good price for the work and he was able to come the same day for the repair. 
It took Oren like an hour to remove the old and broken spring and to install the new one. Oren was honest by telling me not to use the most expensive part because all of them includes the same warranty.
