"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. "Jeremy was punctual and professional. The appointment was easy to make with fast scheduling. I received an in-depth presentation and walk through of my home. He was very responsive to my questions and family's needs. There was no pressure to buy or add equipment I did not want or need. My new system was installed two days later. Larry the technical adviser was amazing. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He installed my system with no problems. He took the time to give us a lesson on how to use the app and new system. "They did a terrific job from start to finish!  The service "All Phases Contracting" performed was impeccable!  Again  from start to finish! Tom and his son came to my home to go over all the details of the project. They were there for an hour, explaining in detail all aspects of the project as well as answering all of my questions. I felt confident in moving forward with "All Phases Contracting" leading the way!
Tom even met me one weekday evening at Lowes to help  me in purchasing specific items for the project. I have never tackled a home improvement project of this magnatude before. Tom, as well as his son, were a big help in guiding me in the right direction!
The project started as promised on time. Now, I must tell you, this is my one and ONLY bathroom!! Tom and his crew did a terrific job in keeping me going....literally, through out this project! On the first day,after the bathroom was gutted down to the studs, they put the old toilet back on! Completley functional!  They continued to do this until the new toilet was installed!  Tom had the entire crew there so I wouldn't have too much down time and so they could complete the main part of the project in the 4 day time window that Tom origianally promised.  All told, the project took 8 days.   
Bottom line, this bathroom of mine is beautiful! I can't believe my old 1955 bathroom is now transformed, thanks to "All Phases Contracting", into an amazing 21st Century bathroom!!  
Tom and his crew were at the house when promised and always put down protective, heavy duty drop clothes to protect my wood flooring. At the end of the day, they vacumed up whatever was left behind, as well as taking away  any trash.
I would, without a doubt use "All Phases Contracting" again in a heart beat!  Thank you Tom and Crew!

"We are pleased with the products we received BUT the road from start to finish was long and frustrating. Signed contract 6/11/17, installation was 8/14/17 no biggie except we were told 30 days not 60 and we had to make few calls to press for the date we got. The installer cracked a window during installation. Again no biggie,sh*t happens. The "rush" on the replacement window took several follow up calls to get an another installation date of 9/29/17. My husband takes off, two guys show up without the window and said they thought they were doing a service call. My less then professional conversation with John the manager led to another appointment for the next day. The guy shows up, replaces the window but doesn't have the "j" channel to complete the job. Two days later I get a call to reschedule yet another appointment 2 weeks out and that I had to be home. The rep had no idea the last piece of the work only required outside access and even when I explained he still insisted I needed to be home. One last conversation with the acting manager (I was told John was on vacation) and we were scheduled for the following week which was 10/9/17. The job was completed that day and I was left with pieces of "j" channel in the flower bed. The other criticism would be the length of time spent on hold with customer service; with all the calls I had to make I was NEVER able to complete an entire call on my 15 min. break."

"Jeff and his crew built an addition for our home in Sunrise Lakes. He was well priced and was here most everyday to inspect his crew's work. He always asked for our input and made every effort to address our concerns. The professional people that work for Jeff are courteous and always on time to begin the day. They work hard to keep your daily living style as undisturbed as possible while they are performing major construction projects in your home. We used Jeff 2 more times; once for wood floor installations and also a bathroom remodeling. Both of these projects went very smoothly. The wood floor installation did take a little more time than desired but only because his carpenter was very careful in installing to perfection."

"April brought lots of heavy rain and strong winds causing damage to our roof ridge. Luna Siding and Roofing came immediately, climbed up to inspect the roof and provided an assessment. They took a few pictures which we reviewed together after which they provided us with numerous options including roof replacement. We opted for the roof replacement and although a permit was required before starting the job, they were nice enough to temporarily patch up the roof ridge with a protective cover to prevent any water damage. They arrived first thing in the morning and finished the job in one day, carefully placing our outside furniture away from the house and cleaning up all the debris around our property along with our adjacent neighbors. We also had Luna clean our gutters and install gutter guards. All the work was done efficiently and to our satisfaction. Luna is trustworthy, answering all of our questions promptly and in a professional manner. I highly recommend Luna!"
