"They came exactly when they said they would, and communicated the night before, as well as that day to make sure the time was still good. They explained the project in detail. In my case, my pipes were in very bad shape and needed replacement. They showed me why, even taking pictures and videos, and discussed how to they would try doing the least replacement first. When that didn't work, they still found a way to do a proper permanent repair, but still keep the costs as minimal as possible. Considering how bad a condition my situation was, I consider myself exceptionally lucky to have them. Any good plumber can work with a "normal" job. When you have a particularly challenging situation like mine, you need someone you can trust and count on. They were just that. They cleaned up and put everything back. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday.
