"Right Now Plumbing was able to install a tankless water heater the same day I called to set up an appointment. I found that amazing. Their installer was exceptional in skill and customer service. I felt comfortable and confident with him immediately. Our existing electric water heater completely shut down and my spouse had been without hot water for several days (I was away from home), so I jumped at the chance to get a tankless (propane) water heater installed. We have a large propane tank (Generac whole house generator, gas kitchen stove and gas fireplace. When I had the gas stove installed, i had propane guys put in a fitting for both a future gas water heater and gas dryer, so this made installation by Right Now very easy. My only challenge was the $5,000.00 invoice. Ouch! However, we are fortunate to be able to afford it and look forward to many years of continuous hot water with low maintenance."

"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

"They answered immediately after I purchased the Angie's Deal. Set up a time to visit & showed up when he said. He looked at the toilet and used a tool to chip away some calcium/lime build up. I assumed they'd up sell on arrival. Nothing of the sort occurred. He chipped away the buildup and it immediately improved the drain flow. He did say he had never seen the toilet fill valve set up in the tank. I purchased it from Lowe's and figured it was standard nowadays. Overall great service & very timely. "1 crew dropped off the materials and the installation crew showed up an hour later (on time). There were two men that completed the entire new AC and Heating installation. Took them well past sun down, but they only ever left one time for lunch and stayed until the project was completed (about 930-10PM). They installed the new thermostat and took time to go over how to use it/set it and gave some tips on best practices. Very helpful. They cleaned up the entire project area once done and allowed me time to inspect the site before leaving. Excellent job. Only one (minor) mark against them was the removed the fence on the side of the house closest the the AC unit without ever asking permission to do so. They did, however, reinstall the fence once completed and the fence is as sturdy as it was before the removal. I get why they did it as well, but asking would have been preferred before doing so. I would strongly recommend this company to my friends and family and to you the reader."
