I am glad I found The Water Line Group on the web in researching best methods to replace house main water line. After calling The Water Line Group, Geary came the same day to review best method to replace the main water line. What I liked about his estimate it included two methods with no extra cost and very reasonable compared to other estimates. Work schedule was set up less than a week. I was impressed by the crew led my Jamie. They successfully did the trenchless method from the original connection to the water meter with no disturbance to house,front porch, tree, scrubs and driveway. "Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

"They have not found the cause of the leak but did not overcharge me and worked very hard to determine if a current leak exist. It may have been a one time leak or a prior leak that is fixed. We have a long mark along a seam in the family room ceiling. We want to paint but made sure it is not from an active leak. I am comfortable with their finding. They did some other small plumbing work."

Cost a little high but not outside range that AI says it would be. Cons: scheduling/dispatch - missed the window on day 1 and didn't say anything. "Pressure tank for my well ruptured. Appleton Campbell literally responded in a minute or 2, and within 2 hours someone came out to give me a quote and said that this could be fixed by 2 pm. I hired them and sure enough everything was done very quickly and I had water again!
