"We've had an issue going on for about 7 years now. Turns out that a root had lodged itself in our main sewer line and with our older pipes it wasn't allowing any snake I could buy to get the blockage clear. A call to Jay and his crew at Precise plumbing and within 2 days we had our concrete dug up, the pipe and issue located and replaced. That's not the end of the story however. Our grade of our sewer line didn't allow for the line to completely clear itself and later that day we had more water in pipe. A call to Jay and his guys were back to our house for a whole new issue and by the days end the sump pump we needed to help the water go to the main sewer line to our street was installed. We now can take showers, run sinks, do laundry without having to check our pipes after each use. The price was more than competitive and Jay was very responsive and also let me know when his team was on the way each visit to the house. Highly recommend."

When we had our plumbing redone years ago, the company who did those did not remove the old lines. Those old lines were up against the sewer lines and were corroding our sewer lines. So we had to replace the sewer lines. A broken line just before the city line was discovered so we had to replace that too. Anyhow, we so appreciated the kind workers who smiled and waved at us. "I highly recommend the company (Costello's Plumbing) as well as the employee who helped us (Miguel). My wife spoke with Mr. Costello this morning, and booked an appointment for Miguel (one of his workers) to come over and look at the situation / prepare an estimate. He did so (arriving iwihin the appointment window), gave us a good quote, and indicated the two parts that needed replacement (the garbage disposal unit and the cold water dual shut-off valve. He indicated that we could purchase those parts through the company, or if I had the parts onhand, he could just install them (saving money). Fortunately, The Home Depot nearby was open, and I was able to get the two pieces fairly quickly. Miguel then: * installed the garbage disposal (and took care of getting rid of the old one), * connected the replacement shut-off valve, * replaced the faucet itself, and made sure that none of it leaked. A job well done!"
