"I served as a State-licensed inspector for the City and County of San Francisco for 23 years, overseeing electrical work on multi-million dollar projects throughout the city. During that time, I had the opportunity to inspect Carlos' work on numerous occasions. His installations were always meticulous--completed per plan and strictly up to code. It was clear then, as it is now, that Carlos takes great pride in his work and genuinely enjoys what he does. That passion is evident in the quality of his craftsmanship. Since retiring from the city, I've taken on a major remodel of my home. When I learned that Carlos had started his own business, I didn't even consider anyone else for the job.
