The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". "Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. Thank you guys for that! Extreme Exteriors sent their best team to install the roof [ who were awesome!] for my home and garage and my beautiful roof was done in a day. "I am terrible with names, but the sales guy came out and looked around the house, and gave us a rough estimate of under $20k to install vinyl siding, cover the trim with aluminum, retrim the windows, and install new gutters and downspouts. We told him we were interested in doing the project so he measured everything and provided us with a quote well under what he had originally estimated. He was able to help us finance most of the project. We picked out the colors of the siding and trim. He had several samples of the materials. He told us they may be able to squeeze us in in October but it may not be until December before they could get to us. They called us on a Thursday and told us to be ready for them on Monday. It took them 7 work days to finish the job. Half a day was lost to rain. We gave them a code to get into the garage to work. The house looks amazing. They even left us a sample of each material they used for color matching paint and such and 2 tubes of the caulk they used. I would definately hire them again."

"The exterior of my house was inspected and repairs were made on existing soft wood.  Preventative caulk was applied to prevent future damage. My stairs were not trimmed out properly when harwood was installed last year (by another contractor) and Wes and team trimmed the landings so they look finished now.  Great job, good price.

"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"Great experience from start to finish. Tim did a good job with the estimate, explaining what he would do, the materials he would use, and why. MHI was not the low bid, but Tim's professionalism with the estimate made me confident that MHI would do the job correctly. We experienced a massive fishfly invasion the day Tim's team came to do the painting. Tim decided to take the removable pieces back to the shop to do the work. (This meant adding a round trip from St Clair Shores to Troy to the job). They used blowers and built a plastic tent around the one load bearing post that could not be removed to keep it fishfly free during the process. The repainted shutters and porch trim look great!"

He sealed an additional area that wasn't on the original quote and was very friendly and efficient while he was there.
