The attention to detail/pride they take in their work truly stand out and far exceeded our experiences with contractors in the past. One of my favorite parts is how much I genuinely love coming home now. It completely changed the look and feel of the front of our house, and every time I pull into the driveway it makes me happy to see it. I will absolutely be recommending AVSTEP to anyone planning renovations or building a home. We already have several more projects planned for our house in the coming months, and without question we’ll be using Anush and his team again. "JSD properties took a 2 car garage and turned it into grammas new home. This included an entire bathroom install, a kitchenette, a sitting room and a small bedroom. In addition, a new dining room was also added onto the main house. With a baby in the house we were concerned with who we dealt with. The work was great, very satisfied. Everything looks nice and works as it should. His crew was beyond wonderful. Not only were they multi-talented and handled every aspect of the building and construction process, they were very respectful, they took extra safety precautions because of the baby. "Mike went beyond his service. He replaced my concrete patio and place it with paver tile stone. He paint my bathroom and put up new light fixtures and fixed my wood kitchen floor. He built a beautiful deck. Very nice experience working with Mike. Not disappointed at all. Very nice man"

"Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."

"Sal amazed us. Hiring contractors is funny business. If you have an older home, you have probably had mixed experiences. Certainly everyone has heard, or experienced, a horror story. We've wanted to finish our attic and make an office for quite a while, and had a few false starts. I went to Angi's, quite honestly, out of desperation. Entered a description of work needed - didn't need to join - GREAT INTERFACE ANJI! Sal called me shortly after I posted, came over quickly, was great and understood our needs, so we hired him. Here's where the amazing things started happening. Sal shows up, on time and with the nicest crew. We can immediately tell we are in good hands. I talk to my wife, and we agree to ask Sal about several other issues around the house; rotting deck stairs, mold damage in the foyer from old leak, small plumbing headaches. Sal takes a look, says no problem, and gives us a good number. Now we not only have the attic space of my wife's dreams, but we can go into the holiday with ALL work done (understand we met Sal around Thanksgiving, and he did a lot of work.) Thanks Sal and the guys, you were delightful to have in our home. ps. I've always felt a good boss is somebody who is willing to work harder than his employees. Sal is a good boss. Hire Sal!"
