In the other bathroom, he grouted, sealed and cleaned the walls of the shower as well as the shower floor. I would absolutely use his services again and I highly recommend him."

Chris called soon after and explained the whole process step by step for cleaning, repairing deteriorating grout, clear seal and caulk. Made the appointment over a month in advance and he did not reschedule. Arrived at the agreed time, wore protective shoe covers, brought in his tools/supplies and went right to work. Chris explained again what he was going to do and reviewed the finished job. Also gave recommendations on cleaning and future care. The shower looks great. I didn't mention the glass shower door and he said they could clean that also. The work they did was fabulous, the shower looks brand new. They were very professional (shoes off at the front door), cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier. I honestly didn't think it would look at good as it does. We built the house 16 years ago and it now looks as it did when we moved in. Highly recommend them. I had an estimate that was about 1/2 of what Sir Grout charged but I just didn't get the same level of confidence. I have no regrets going with a higher price."
