"They came out twice the first time the grout did not come out good in spots. A person from the company called me and said they were not happy with the result and wanted to come out again. The person they sent out the second time did a great job and the tile grout came out much cleaner. He said to wait a few days to make sure we like it and then he would return to seal the tile. Their service blew me away. Total concern for my satisfaction from everyone in the business. Will definitely use again!!!"

BUT, your guys did an excellent job bringing it back to life. Then, I applied polish on it and it look really really good!!! "Brian and his son Toby did an excellent job.  They handled a difficult demo of the ceramic tile and sub-floor in our kitchen (lots of staples to remove) and did it carefully and neatly.  They covered the cabinets, center island, and doorways with plastic to reduce the dust.  It was a back breaking job but they did it in 2 days.  They then replaced the ceramic tile with a solid wood floor that we had purchased.  Brian and Toby re-painted our trim and replaced the shoe mold.  Afterward, they cleaned up perfectly.  The entire project took about 4-1/2 days as expected.  They worked around us and our 4 kids.  One afternoon, they even cleaned up and locked the house before they left as we had something to go to with our kids.  They are very reliable and honest.  We could tell that Brian is a carpenter by trade because of the care he took with the wood floor installation.  Brian and Toby take pride in their work and want the customer to be satisfied with the finished product.  We will definitely call them again for any future carpentry projects. Our new wood floor is absolutely beautiful! <br />"

"Joi and crew have been cleaning my home on a weekly and bi-weekly schedule for about 3 years. I am overall satisfied with the service. Joi the owner is very thorough. She is careful to make sure her employee's work meets her standards. She also is willing and able to break from the routine cleaning to do extra things like cleaning kitchen drawers or the refrigerator. About twice a year or if I am entertaining they will do a more thorough cleaning that includes things like sweeping out my fireplaces and wiping down all woodwork. Sistaz would get all A's but there is more frequent turnover of her employees than I would like although that may be the nature of the business. Price is probably high but I think this is a more personal service than most "maid" services. My house is large and very old with high ceilings so it is time consuming to clean."
