The crew cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and made sure I was happy before leaving. "I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Being retired, we usually get up between 7:30 and 8:30. Obviously I dressed quickly to answer the door. <br /> Install went okay except for two problems. There are seven sections of windows. We decided to have the top of the 4 panel window gray with the bottom three panels clear. One of the sections came with the top panel clear. I pointed that out to the supervisor of the crew, total of 3 people. There is also one other panel where the vinyl is scratched. Supervisor says that will clear up but after a few days it hasn't, not that I expected it would, and will call it in before they come back to replace the clear panel with gray. <br /> Do have spackling to do on top area of the patio. That is from poor construction on builders part, not Premier. <br />"
