"After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much.

"Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

"I met the owner, Benji, in June after a small fire in my home that occurred back in February. The first restoration company that we used had to be fired because they did absolutely nothing for 3 moths. Benji was a God send, he promised that he could restore my home to its condition prior to the fire as well as the majority of the renovation/remodeling and act as my general contractor. I hired Advanced Quality Constructor for the job in June 2022. The framing jobs that he performed were all excellent with the exception of the one of the beams in the kitchen that was apparently cut during the demo but it was the beam of a load bearing wall so that needs to be fixed. The demo and framing that was done in the attic conversion also looked good. The issues started in areas where he didn't have or use the correct tools to do the job. The Master bathroom demo and renovation took almost (3) months for just 1 bathroom and once it was completed and inspected it was not done to my satisfaction. Due to using a circular saw instead of a table saw none of the cuts of a bathroom with tile for floor to ceiling were cut correctly. Each tile has very noticeable rugged ridges. Because of the continuous starting and stopping over the 3 months roughly 75% of the tile is either uneven or visibly crooked. The grouting is incomplete and was never even cleaned off. In the tile shower you can see indentations from each of the individual floor tiles grids. All of the edges of the tile will need some type of trim or crown molding to hide the rugged cuts. The bathroom vanity is a floating vanity and if you lean on it it moves like its about to fall off the wall, it's being held up by pieces of wood behind it that you can see because it wasn't mounted to a stud. He tiled the entire wall and then went back to mount the vanity. It's only been a month and the caulk is already beginning to crack. The shower head is leaking and running down the wall when you turn on the shower so I'm concerned that the leak is also happening behind the wall. My plumber said that it likely is and that I should remove the tile to double check. The hand shower does not work because he used an old handset from a different fixture instead of the one that came with the showered that I purchase. The wall mounted plumbing fixtures purchased for the standing tub are crooked and need to be taken out and redone. The door trim around master bath linen closet was removed and never replaced so now theres absolutely no trim around the door and there a piece of tile that was never cut that hangs about a foot and would prevent a door from being able to be closed anyway. The tile around all electrical wall switches is so unevenly cut that you can't use separate covers. I ordered jumbo size covers from Amazon that I'm hoping will work. The hot/cold faucets on the double sink are installed in the wrong direction so hot is on the right, cold is on the left, and they're faced inward instead of outward. Theres piles of lumber that was left, feet of sawdust that was never swept up, trashed lumber in my driveway that could have simply been put inside of the dumpster instead of leaving it around the dumpster. I also purchased a table saw that I was to be reimbursed for. The most hurtful thing is that I paid in advance for work that was never performed."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Awesome ! My gutters are working properly right now better than they ever have to be honest ! I guess when they were installed they were not placed right and water doesn’t travel uphill too well! "We recently purchased a new home and needed some plumbing work done before we could move in. Howell Plumbing was knowledgeable and skilled in completing all our plumbing needs. It was very significant that Howell Plumbing was the only plumbing company that responded out of about a dozen calls I placed to plumbing contractors in the area. First, Howell did a great job with the gas hot water heater. It had been installed improperly which, in turn, was preventing placing a washer and dryer in the utility room. They were able to reposition the water heater so that the washer and dryer could be placed in alignment with the washer's power outlet and the dryer's vent. The job required moving not only the hot water heater tank, but also all of the copper tubing and fittings, and making sure everything was aligned properly with the vent through the exterior wall. Second, they repaired a major leak with an upstairs jetted bathtub. They initially tired to conserve cost (which we appreciated) by first attempting to repair the pump. However, when it became evident that a new pump was the only thing that would correct the leak, they had the new pump delivered overnight and installed it promptly the following day. This saved us a lot of "down time" with a bedroom and bathroom which were unable to be used until the tub was fixed. Both jobs went smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. They brought three workers, each of whom had a radio which they used to communicate to each other, i.e. the worker upstairs could call to someone stationed near the toolbox in the truck to bring the necessary tools and parts upstairs without wasting time by one worker having to go downstairs, get the parts and tools himself, and then go back upstairs to resume the job. They also used their radios to communicate to a worker stationed at the street to turn the city water off and back on when needed. It was all highly efficient. I also liked the fact that Howell Plumbing was initially willing to look at a number of other plumbing concerns we had throughout the home, and then help us determine estimates for all the issues and prioritize the ones that needed to be done first. Our experience with Howell Plumbing's professionals and their work was first rate. I will definitely call them again for any further plumbing needs. We also appreciated the military discount."

"Completely, 100% satisfied. Professional. On time every day. Walked us through the total process and kept us in the loop. Finished according to time line. Gave a reasonable estimate. Worked carefully and respectfully in our home. Multiple projects completed. Full Pantry, storage closet under stairs, remolded 3 bathrooms. Floor throughout entire home (2000sq foot) upstairs and downstairs. Trustworthy and honest as we work full-time and could not always be home while work was being done. Would highly recommend and be a reference."
