He is down to earth and personable and dedicated to making sure his customers are 100% satisfied. He makes it VERY easy to correspond with him via text bc he responds quickly regarding appointments, as well as questions morning, day and night. He is affordable as well as a hard worker who shows up promptly on the day and time that was scheduled. We have known him for four years and highly recommend him to our family and friends."

"Pat and his crew were professional and reliable, and did great work. The side of my house had old repairs that were made incorrectly and there were areas of spalling brick and failing mortar joints. They removed all the bad work, replaced bricks that were too far gone, and repaired the pointing where necessary. While the scaffolding was up I also had them replace some molding at my roof line that had failed and had some rotten windowsills replaced."

"This is our second time using American Eagle.  They swept a fireplace/chimney in both our basement and living room in under an hour. They cleaned up thoroughly and recommended - based on how the chimneys looked before they started - we get them cleaned every year and a half or so.  We were very happy with their service the first time and just as happy this time.  Would recommend American Eagle to anyone considering them. <br />"

"Chimney cleaning good, but the work that was done in the fireplace was not great. I should have went with a fireplace company. Charge $145 for cleaning and $1,500 for fixing inside of fireplace replacing the walls. The walls were not seamless. Wanted to put in gas fireplace. Will have to hire another company. Do not use them to fix fireplace. The guy Ron was nice but he talk to fast and to much. He also was suppose to fix my chimney flute. He gets to the house and say he will not be fixing the flute. If he had fix the chimney flute that would have cost another $1,000. They did the cutting of the fireplace walls at my house. What a mess. He took measurements twice. I thought they cut the walls at the company. They ask me if i had a cutting board or table to cut the walls. The main point don't use them to fix your fireplace or chimney flute."

"We called for an appointment, left a message, and Steve returned phone call later that day. We were lucky to get an appointment at this time of the year within a week of calling. Steve showed up on time and was very friendly and honest. He mentioned that our cap was getting a bit rusty but still had some time to go before needing a replacement. Other places would have pushed to have it replaced immediately, but Steve was honest about it. He reviewed everything in detail on what he saw with the chimney, etc. He will be looking into getting us some doors for the fireplace as well. Overall good experience and definitely recommend him. We had a coupon from Angie's list so price was decent."

Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident."

"We recently had our siding done by Gunner Roofing and can’t say enough good things. We had our consultation with Andrew and he was honest, not pushy, and even enthusiastic about the project. He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. Andrew and Joe Massari went over the project with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They stayed professional, reliable, and communicative during the whole process. Our Project Manager, Conor, kept open lines of communication and was honest about timelines, materials, etc.; nothing during this project was a surprise. "Andy Grason met with me within 3 days of my initial call, which was initially for the purpose of painting my kitchen cabinets.  We discussed the possibility of a complete renovation of my dining room /kitchen area and he referred me to Shawn, who was in charge of the renovation projects at that time.  About a week after Shawn and I met, I was provided with a detailed written estimate of all possible work to be completed, which allowed me to choose which portions I wanted to include. I have worked with this company before and know the rates to be very fair.  <br /> After a short delay of about 2-3 weeks the project was begun with demolition of flooring and an interior wall.  The crew was very careful to first wall off all other living spaces and cover all furniture with plastic.  Each day they arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up whatever mess had been created.  I was apprised of what work was to be done at the beginning of each day, and all of my questions and concerns were answered in detail.  The project was completed in 3 weeks and within the time frame that I requested. <br /> I was extremely pleased with the work done by this crew.  They were all courteous, hard-working, and consistent in their efforts to clean up and make my home as livable as possible during, what was for me, a major project.  I especially appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to answer my questions and respond to any concerns that I had.
