"We had Champion Windows installed and after 2 years there will is $99 plus(inflation) for service to be performed. The contract speaks of unlimited seal failures which do not cover any sealant issues. Anytime after the 2 years be prepared for the service department and the installation team to fight you on fixing your issues. The lady that was scheduling my maintenance pretty much came up with every reason possible that cause have caused the leak besides poor labor practices. The installation team told me that poor cleaning and possibly the glare from my neighbors house window could melt the caulking. I would not recommend Champion Windows to anyone. The failure of their caulking job has caused water to leak inside of our house which has now become our problem. Windows should have more than a 2 warranty on labor, if it is a good product. Windows and doors are major seals for any home. I should not have to constantly worry about sealant melting or eroding in a few years. Champ"

Also, I had some visible water damage to my ceilings, and she got those supplemental repairs approved as part of the roof claim. Adrienne saved me thousands of dollars. We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. The real test came this winter, with our old windows wind came in all around them. No problem this winter no wind, nice and cozy. "
