"A great experience, as always.   We've worked with Plum Creek Cabinets since 1993 including a kitchen and bathrooms for a new build and two remodels on another house (2006 and 2012).  Through the years we've also had Plum Creek build several custom stand-alone pieces, my favorite being a mission-style china cabinet that has gotten more compliments than I can count.  <br /> John Barnes (owner) is straight-forward and very helpful in walking us through our various options for any given job, including the pro and cons of various cabinet configurations, woods and finishes, counter top materials, etc.  We tell him what we'd like to have and if the estimate comes in over our budget he's quite willing to work with us on ways to get the price within our range.  (The estimates are always itemized so it's easy to see how much each aspect of the job will cost.) <br /> The work is well organized (John is meticulous about taking his measurements) with lots of attention to detail.  John is also a good problem-solver--we've thrown some odd layout requests at him and he always comes through with a solution.  <br /> When the scope of the project has been decided, John provides detailed plans of the proposed work so that any last-minute adjustments can be ironed out before work begins. <br /> The finished products are beautiful and durable--MUCH better than anything you can get at a big box store and at very resonable prices.  <br /> I HIGHLY recommend Plum Creek Cabinets and would be happy to provide further details if anyone has specific questions. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"It went really well, we started designing in Feb 2014, with construction beginning in Aug.  It wasn't an easy build (thru a wet winter). "They came out pretty soon after we talked to them. The estimate was way more than we wanted to pay. I think it was not just clear from their website and their conversations with us, level of cabinet tree or product that they produce for what type of market. I think they need to do a better job communicating there type of product and it's more like luxury cabinet tree and normally, for the basic scale that we were looking for should be in a $2,000 range. They do a really nice product, it's just not communicated well what market they are selling to. I think the products are really beautiful, it's just that you can't tell form talking to them or on the website what price range or even a general price range would be helpful and some types of products they produce. The guy who came in was very nice, very professional. No complaints about any of those. It's just wasn't a good match for what we needed."

"Freedom Valley Cabinets installed extremely well made cabninets. The guys that measured were accurate. The people that installed were very good. Even thought they ran into a few problems, they were able to overcome them and move on. I had no problems with them. "

"Caused about $10,000 worth of damage at least, not to mention a huge awful hassle.  Lowe's demurred accepting responsibility and I received no compensation whatsoever from the store.  The washing machine is unusable but not reimbursement there either.  soThe washing machine was also defective because it had plastic connectors to connect with a metal supply line which cannot sustain a permanent connection which any plumber knows.  So very bad quality washing machine, incompetent installation, and failure to accept any responsibility whatsoever. <br />"
