They came out within a day and took out the old water heater and installed the new one within a few hours. "Nick C. helped this Disabled Veteran out with a severely clogged main septic drain, going above and beyond because he also cleared out slow flowing faucets, the shower and kitchen sink as well as cleared out toilet tank water line which was also clogged. He showed and explained to me about needing a water filtration system next to well water pump because sand and dirt is getting through, clogging water pipes. He also found the Rheem on demand water heater the previous owner installed is not powerful enough, so I'm having him come back to replace and install those."

"Mr. Eric Castillo from E.C. Plumbing replace exiting Rheem tankless water heater, with a new Rinnai tankless water heater, I provided the water heater, and Mr. Castillo did the installation. Old Rheem tankless unit was removed and the Rinnai tankless was installed, a new condensation line was run, and I had a new Rinnai descaling filter installed at this time. I would highly recommend E.C. Plumbing, and I would hire Mr. Castillo again."

"David sold this water heater replacement job to me with his knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and accuracy of what to expect. Jose is a fantastic installer. After he finished, he took the time to explain to me what I needed to know to operate the water heater. I did get cheaper bids but for the money I spent this group was the right call for me. They went above the call of duty to make sure everything was handled correctly. This includes the verification phone call. Thank you young lady."

"WOW! Dave and Jeff were on time as agreed and finished a truly professional installation of my Water Softener and Reverse Osmoses that I purchased at Lowes. Dave came out the same day I called him to come and give me an estimate and explained in detail how he would do it. Dave's quote was very reasonable. I called Dave and told him I wanted to move forward. (On a Friday) He asked me if Monday would be OK. Dave and his helper ( Jeff) arrived at 8AM and were finished be 1 PM. This was best experience I have had with contracting a job and I'm very confident anyone that meets Dave will understand why I'm so HAPPY."
