"Jackie was great at scheduling at a moments notice. I was told that the tech would be coming between 11-1 pm. I received several calls from Brian pushing off the arrival time over 2 hours which threw my other technicians off schedule which who working around his schedule. He said he was in route and showed up over an hour later. I would have appreciated some honesty in the arrival time which was crucial. Although he did a nice job, he was on his phone receiving and responding to at least 3 calls for other jobs while he was working at my home. He actually stepped into my bathroom and was talking on the phone during my installation, weird. I understand that you may have to meet the needs of other customers, but please complete the job you are on before you take these calls and delay the job you are trying to complete. Would I use Duffy Electric again, yes, however I would expect better transparency with arrival and service times which would have been helpful."
