"I can only sing the high praises for Jericho Foundation Repairs. From the moment I called to request a quote, until the final clean-up of the job, everything was extremely professional and completely first rate! Dallas Duffy came out to the house precisely on time, completed the survey and gave me a very complete quote to complete the job. The cost for the work was much better than the other companies who submitted quotes. The ladies in the office were amazing and answered all my questions and concerns. Dallas’ crew showed up right on time and began working, being very careful to do the work in the most least disruptive manner. The foreman and all the workers were very courteous and professional. They were all very careful to not make any messes. A very well-run crew! The quote was for three days to completion, and they finished right on time. Much appreciated and made our lives better during this repair. Which could have been otherwise quite harrowing! It may seem like I am overly enthusiastic about have a foundation repair. I am! Considering how big of a disaster a foundation repair could be with the wrong company, Jericho made it virtually painless!"

"The wait for installation was long and when scheduled, they called to "reschedule" due to the installer. Apparently they use outside contractors to install. When they showed up, they worked hard but one installer left for over 2 hours, leaving on one to work. They did not want to quit and come back (found out they get paid by the job and couldn't pick up a new job until ours was finished. They left the house at 10:05 PM. The salesman put the wrong transitions in the order despite numerous conversations. They also installed the shoe molding around our kitchen island wrong. I went to store in Pearland the next day. My salesman had been transferred and I met with the District Manager. It took over a week to get anyone back out to fix and then they brought the wrong transitions again. I called the District Manager and complained. She told me they weren't there to fix the island until I asked her to check the paperwork and she admitted it was on the work order. After numerous phone calls, the installers went to Home Depot and came back with something that would work. They were nice and got it fixed. The carpet was scheduled later and when they showed up, they pulled the old pile carpet and told me that the defects in the staircase would show up if they installed the berber carpet. I asked why the salesman didn't discuss that with me. He said the salesmen don't install. They suggested I fix the staircase, repaint it and call them back. I got it fixed and called the store. The District Manager told me it would be 3 weeks before they could come back even though the installer said it would take less than 2 hours to install it. I have called back and asked to improve the installation. They said they send an email to installation but I am still waiting a week later. I am calling the COO in Houston tomorrow. The first 2 times I used Floors for Living, they were privately owned but have been purchased by another company. The entire process was much different and less congenial. I won't ever use them again and caution anyone thinking about it to check multiple review sources."

"Awful company. Do not hire them. They said that they could repipe our condominiums and it was a disaster. They claim on their website that they keep the spaces clean but they pulled random subs into the job that damaged many properties. They only are qualified to do small homes. Their crews acted unprofessionally and the entire experience with them was a complete nightmare. They charged way too much for the horrible quality job they did in our spaces and I do not wish the experience on anyone else. Stay away from this company."
