After the City finished their work, Ramon re-built the rock retaining wall, extending it to cover the new (WHITE) clean-out pipe installed right in front. He added some extra rock from the back of our yard, hard work on a hot day. He added a 2nd sprinkler head to the bigger flower bed & filled it with good soil & new plants. Looks great! Ramon noticed our front lawn sprinklers weren't working, so dug a long trench to find the line. City workers had cut the line & fixed it a twist of wire! Ramon got the correct supplies & fixed that, too. He does good work and works hard. We'll recommend him to friends."

"Roger the owner came out assessed the needs and submitted a fair bid for the project. They basically had to strip the yard completely so that all the weeds and poison ivy could be removed and replanted 9 pallets of fresh grass. They fixed the sprinkler system and created a rock walkway between the garage and fence so that they could place their trash cans in the area. All the flower beds were cleaned out and fixed so that my daughter and her husband could plant fresh shrubs. All flower beds were mulched. And all of the yard debris was hauled away. The guys were professional, curtesy, and efficient. I would highly recommend Roger and his crew for any yard project."

"Had Jose come by to get an estimate on getting the entire shower stall done. When he got here we talked about what we wanted done and he showed us pictures of samples of what it would most likely look like and he would get back with us on the estimate.. Then my wife and I started talking about how good it was going to look .We started looking around and decided why not go ahead and have the entire bathroom done to give it a fresh new look...contacted Jose to let him know that we wanted to expand the scope of the job......he gave us an second estimate for the added work and we went from there . "We contracted for this work in June 2014.  At the time, HRR Services was doing other work on our home, and Phillip (the manager) encouraged my husband to use HRR for the A/C replacement.  We were told that the replacement would be in after a week, two weeks at the most.  Because we were assured a quick installation and were told that the installation would not interfere with the other work going on at the house, we agreed.  We went through almost all of July, over a month, before the new unit was installed.  And this happened only after I followed up multiple times with Phillip.  Phillip first told me that his installer was busy, and then wasn't returning phone calls.  Phillip ended up using one of his crew members to install the unit.  Though the installation went smoothly, it took away from time that the crew could have been spending on the other repairs to the house. And after the unit was installed it needed repairs.  Those were addressed promptly after we notified HRR.
HRR would receive a better rating overall if not for the significant delay in installation and the unreliability of its outside AC installer.  We did like the crew member (Marcus) who ended up performing the installation."
