"I had my condo's balcony enclosure replaced with screens, double glass windows and doors, venetian blinds and flooring, Andrew Mulichak was the design consultant I worked with. He was terrific. He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

"Excellent job, built patio to my specifications on time. Took care of all the permitting and plans for the city and POA. No mess left behind after the job. Colony Builders will be doing my kitchen and master bath next. Thank you for your professionalism."

"Did great work. BUT it took over 3 mths from the beginning to end. Installation only took 2 days. Rest was waiting for HOA approval and Patio Enclosure to have time to install."

"Everything went great. On Time. Very Professional. Very Clean. Job was done very well!"

"Incredibly satisfied with the results of our sink. It looks brand new. It was a team of two people, they took great care to prep the area and ensure the entire area around the sink was protected. It took two days of work with two days of curing between. I would hire Tony again in a heartbeat for any future projects."

"Eric was very attentive usually responding to questions within minutes or hours via text as that was our communication choice. The outdoor kitchen is outstanding now allowing us to entertain and cook anything outside, enjoying the our outdoor space fully. The project took a bit longer than planned, but I frankly expect that when dealing with weather, materials availability, etc... We liked his service enough that we expanded the work to include sealing all of our ground concrete as well which now looks so much better. We would definitely use his work again."
