"Our home was damaged by some spring storms and our insurance company said we were entitled to a new roof and siding. This can be a daunting task, who do you call? I saw Green Valley Roofing Siding & Windows online and I decided to email them about bids. From the very beginning I could tell customer service was a high priority for Green Valley. Maria answered my email the same afternoon and we got the ball rolling. We set an appointment and Scott came out and helped us through the process of picking shingles and siding. He didn’t rush us and answered any questions we had in a friendly and informed manner. We received the bids and got the roof scheduled. So far, so good! The roofing crew came out and did an excellent job and kept things cleaned up at the end of the day! Having a roof done can be intrusive, but they made it as painless as possible! Next we moved on to the siding, they kept things moving right along and it was barely intrusive for a major construction project. Both of the crews were friendly and any time we had questions they were more than willing to talk to us. Any other concerns or questions we had were taken care of by Maria or Scott and they would answer very quickly! My wife and I felt like they took care of us just as if we were members of their family, a very rare attitude in 2023! We couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish everyone working for Green Valley was top notch! The new roof and siding looks awesome! "When my roof sustained damage from straight line wind in June of 2023, I had no idea who I was going to get to repair it. A person from Quality Roofing Pro stopped and we talked for a while. Without being pushy at all (which I liked) Tony left me some paperwork on the company. I took a few days to make my decision and I have to say, I am so glad I had them do my roof. My shingles were delivered on a Friday. The crew was here on Monday morning at 7am and tore off the old roof and completely got the new roof on by 8pm. They were very particular about cleanup and even used a magnet to pick up any stray nails from the yard. I am extremely happy with their work and would use them again in a heartbeat but sure hope I don’t have to!! I highly recommend them. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
