James Cox, the technician who came out, quoted us an awesome price for 2 new 16 SEER units. He even gave us a good 0% financing rate for 2 years. We got 5 quotes and I have to say that this company gave us the best dollar for dollar deal for the units and the service maintenance / warranty agreement. Our new units are now installed and it all happened a week after we signed the contract! Our installers Andrew Susterka and Hector Samayoa were also very professional and great! It was a time-consuming job, but the installers were unobtrusive and respectful of my privacy. When they left- there was no garbage, waste or dirt left behind. They took all the time I needed to understand my new unit, how to run it, and how to maintain it. I am very happy with the quality and effeciency of my new heat pump."

"I paid for a Lennox system but received a Goodman system. When I called the sales rep he told me they were out of Lennox, but the Goodman was just as good. When I asked about the price difference, he told me they both cost the same. He called his warehouse while the service contract was being written up and he said the Lennox was in stock. I fill that he should have given me a quote on the Goodman, before it being installed. The system installed seems to be doing it s job. I fill he should have contacted me about the brand change before installation. I also asked him to change my service contract and he told me that we didn t need to, the office has the records if anything goes wrong. The young man who did the installation was great, I have no issues with him."

"Armando the tech came out and diagnosed the problem...our 26 year old AC system had died....he showed us the reasons why, was patient with us and explained our options. We needed a whole new unit. Armando arranged the financing and set up the delivery of the new system the next day. Install crew showed up on time. Tina, Bob and Angelica were courteous professional and got right to work. It was a big job but they completed it in about 6 hours. They did several things outside the scope of the job that were needed...always explained why.... Overall a fantastic experience. This company excells at customer service. The install crew came in to say goodbye to my wife! Just outstanding work Highly recommend them"

"Whatever you DO contact this incredible company if you live in Las Vegas. NV and have an air conditioner in your home! I joined a local company "group" that I pay a monthly "fee" to help maintain my heating and cooling. Sadly it is NOT this EXCELLENT company! My situation was the following I was advised by several friends NOT to contact our local power company to have the "FREE" thermostats installed in my recent home purchase as they were cheap and not "smart home" equipment and were poorly rated by many. I therefore purchased the HIGHEST rated "SMART" thermostats which are the ecobee 4. After I purchased the two new thermostats I was so frustrated because the company I made the mistake of joining to help me maintain my homes heating and cooling wanted to CHARGE me a ridiculous service charge to come install my new thermostats! PLUS I had to pay ANOTHER ridiculous separate charge for each one to be installed!?! I was referred to Home Advisor to find a company to install my new high tech thermostats and was contacted by several, and The Cooling Company was the company I selected and was certainly happy with my decision! From the initial contact to the finish of my installation I was amazed at the professional and honest pricing and knowledgeable staff and technicians I had the opportunity to have service my home!
