He prioritized my miserable situation of no AC during the hottest week in Las Vegas. Although he was on the other side of town when I initially contacted him, he wasted no time getting to my house so that he could quickly troubleshoot my AC issues. I like to ask a lot of questions and have the technical explanations spelled out to me & Marco was very professional, taking the time to explain to me in depth, exactly what the issues were and how to best resolve them. Over the years, my house has never really cooled or heated properly in all the rooms which has been extremely frustrating. My neighbor who has the same house as mine experiences the same issue. Marco determined that when the house was built, the air ducts were improperly installed due to lack of space in the attic at the coil side limiting airflow. He devised a solution to eliminate this issue by constructing an additional plenum so that the air ducts could be properly installed to provide the necessary air flow. I decided it was best to replace the entire AC/heating system seeing that it was the original system that came with my house 28 years ago and no longer worth repairing or efficient to today’s standards. It’s a split system; my condenser unit is outside and the coil and heating unit are located in my attic. Marco was able to quickly locate the proper AC/heating unit I desperately needed during a time when available resources were extremely limited. He and his team also made themselves available a day sooner than originally scheduled to quickly get the unit installed. They arrived early in the morning before the height of the days heat & were able to replace the old system within a matter of 6 hours without compromising any quality of the install. Marco and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish and the completed install was like a work of art; very clean especially with sealing up all the ducts in the attic and replacing all the parts outside from the condenser to the side of my house. I’m extremely happy with the install and the price which was lower than other quotes I received. I highly recommend Marco and his company and will be referring his services to my neighbors as needed. "I hired them to rebuild my swamp cooler. They finished faster than anticipated, but were not able to stop a drip on the water line. I provided all parts. I provided stainless steel bolts and nuts for the belt tensioner, but they did not install them as requested. I asked they be returned to me but they said they couldn't find them. The secretary asked if I would like to be reimbursed and initially I declined, but later changed my mind. She said she would check with the manager, and never reimbursed me ($15.00)."

"Johnny on the Spot is an awesome company! I scheduled a consultation online and someone called me immediately. James Cox, the technician who came out, quoted us an awesome price for 2 new 16 SEER units. He even gave us a good 0% financing rate for 2 years. We got 5 quotes and I have to say that this company gave us the best dollar for dollar deal for the units and the service maintenance / warranty agreement. Our new units are now installed and it all happened a week after we signed the contract! Our installers Andrew Susterka and Hector Samayoa were also very professional and great! "Whatever you DO contact this incredible company if you live in Las Vegas. NV and have an air conditioner in your home! I joined a local company "group" that I pay a monthly "fee" to help maintain my heating and cooling. Sadly it is NOT this EXCELLENT company! My situation was the following I was advised by several friends NOT to contact our local power company to have the "FREE" thermostats installed in my recent home purchase as they were cheap and not "smart home" equipment and were poorly rated by many. I therefore purchased the HIGHEST rated "SMART" thermostats which are the ecobee 4. After I purchased the two new thermostats I was so frustrated because the company I made the mistake of joining to help me maintain my homes heating and cooling wanted to CHARGE me a ridiculous service charge to come install my new thermostats! PLUS I had to pay ANOTHER ridiculous separate charge for each one to be installed!?! I was referred to Home Advisor to find a company to install my new high tech thermostats and was contacted by several, and The Cooling Company was the company I selected and was certainly happy with my decision! From the initial contact to the finish of my installation I was amazed at the professional and honest pricing and knowledgeable staff and technicians I had the opportunity to have service my home! I will ALWAYS recommend this wonderful professional and honest company to ANYONE needing heating and cooling services.
