"I called out for a late night emergency after our A/C failed on the hottest day of the year (115°F!). Their dispatcher was quick to pick up, and promply scheduled someone to come out to us within an hour, and there was no surcharge or special rate either. The technician, Steve, called ahead and was out shortly afterwards. He was courteous and prompt, and immediately got to work on our system. He let us know pricing for repair/replacement (which was extremely competitive, much more reasonably priced than larger competitors), and took care of us 100%. Great technician, and a fantastic small company, I'll be recommending them to our friends and neighbors here in the valley."

"I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again."

"Excellent company. Wonderful service. The only plumbing company to come out and install an RO system I had purchased myself and remove the old system. They are now my go to plumbing company. Thank you"

"This group was hired by repipe to repipe my house and they did an outstanding job! I am a very picky person but I was very satisfied with their work not to mention the extras that were put in to bring my house up to code as a courtesy! I rate them as five stars and would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. They were courteous and very respectful towards my premises."

"Citywide Plumbing exceeded every expectation I had. Not only were they punctual, they consistently arrived early ? which immediately set them apart. From start to finish, their team was courteous, professional, and incredibly efficient. I had a main line leak ? one of the most stressful plumbing situations a homeowner can face, with gallons of water being wasted by the minute. Citywide didn?t miss a beat. They quickly diagnosed the problem, coordinated directly with my insurance company, and got everything resolved without me having to chase anyone down. The repair and restoration were done meticulously ? you?d never know there was ever an issue. This was a huge source of worry and stress for me, and they turned it into a completely smooth experience. I cannot recommend Citywide Plumbing highly enough. If you?re dealing with any plumbing issue, big or small, these are the people you want on the job."
