"What a great company! The heart of any great company are its people, and Sharon, Alex and Chandler are wonderful! My stated goal was to upgrade my pump to a variable speed and install a salt chlorine system. Alex came out and gave me a solid overview of my current equipment (2004 vintage), what was possible with the current generation and recommendations. His encyclopedic knowledge and his clear way of explaining the possibilities and changes (based on what I wanted to accomplish and what was possible with my current equipment) was incredibly helpful. Following his visit and an initial quote from Sharon, we clarified what I wanted to accomplish. Sharon's follow-up on my questions about equipment choices (with me, then Alex and back to me) was incredibly timely and helpful. I elected to go with the pump, salt chlorine generator, control board upgrade and new filter, as their quote for purchase and installation was eminently fair and reasonable. Alex and Chandler adjusted their install schedule for my convenience. Once on site, they went above and beyond what was expected. I rarely take the time to write a review, so the five stars are well deserved by the good folks at Assured Pool and & Spa Service. I recommend them without hesitation."

"They need to contact me about service on my pool?????"

"Nate is very good at his job. When I first met him he checked things out and told me my filter needed cleaning and that's why my pool wasn't getting clean. He's very honest and friendly."

"Fixed our pool pump on first visit. Very friendly and knowledgeable"

"I've been using this service for over 2 years now and honestly, I couldn't be happier. My pool always looks crystal clear and inviting – it's such a relief not having to worry about the maintenance anymore. The attention to detail is impressive; from cleaning the filters to balancing the chemicals, everything is handled professionally but without the stuffy vibe. What I appreciate most is the reliability and consistency. He shows up when scheduled, takes care of business without fuss, and actually explains what's being done if I ask. After two years, I can confidently say my pool has never looked better, and my family loves it. Highly recommend if you want someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right."

"It was a big job. The Spray deck came out beautifully. They were conscientious, hard working and gracious. They even cleaned yard and pool afterwards and put furniture back. Highly recommend"

"Thomas was recommended by my regular pool guy - who is injured and physically unable to work. Could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Quick response - he was able to fit me in his normal rotation. Thomas gave me a time window and kept me updated when he was 30 minutes out. The work he performed was fantastic - vacuumed a 20 x 60 pool and cleaned my filters. Checked my other equipment and was on his way."

"Brian quickly responded to our call. The quote for service was more than reasonable and work was done immediately. We had a fire and the pool was left with no pump running for many weeks so it was a mess--a project several others did not want to touch or quoted too much. Brian emptied the pool and cleaned out quite a bit of debris in the pool and around the pool deck. Friendly and timely."
