"Spoke to owner on phone. He was helpful and pleasant. Decided to use his business even though they were slightly more expensive than competitors. I went to DC Auto to make an appointment. Two women behind counter when I arrived. One was so rude and unconcerned about me as a customer . . . acted as if I was intruding on her time and when I asked about the different grades of tinting, she told me to go into the showroom and look at the options. Offered no assistance and totally disinterested in me as a client.
