He has kept me informed about the status of the part letting me know he was still committed to completing the job. Today is Thursday and we have a working system in our home. "Excellent work. Replaced storm door on the same day the job was requested. Very competent and made sure everything met my satisfaction. A sl8ght problem with the lower door seal came up the next morning. Called them and Jarad said they fully guaranteed their work and they would be out on Monday (called on Saturday morning)morning to correct the problem. Had some problems with the credit care payment going through the processor, but Jarad was extremely patient and cooperative in fixing the problem. "Tomas has done it again. He arrived, after calling, 15 minutes earlier than he had told us he would be here. We called him to lower a wall desk. This turned into a bigger job than expected as wiring had to be moved as well. Tomas arrived at 11:15 and was done with the work by 1:30. This even included a trip to Home Depot for the purchase of wiring to move the wiring. We called Tomas after work he did for us two years ago. He put up blinds for us and then constructed valances to hide them from view (3 windows) after we decided we did not like the look of the blinds being seen. Tomas is efficient, has a great work ethic, and he is quick. We will be calling on Tomas again for jobs we will need to have done. We highly recommend him!!"
