I did choose a winning team and I am truthfully happy and very satisfied. An old house, close to 100 yrs. old is definitely not an easy project. They made it seem simple and easy. Upon signing the contract he told us he had subs lined up for the floors and painting, which he did not. We had to sub the floors our ourselves and ended up painting the entire basement. He went substantially over his estimate and could not explain in any detail why. He also charged us to fix several items that were done improperly. His crew installed a countertop and hand rail improperly and they charged for both the install and fix. Overall I would not recommend him."
