"In the past we’ve avoided getting into agreements or contracts with our home security providers but felt comfortable and confident doing so with Safe Streets. Their monitoring and surveillance centers are nationwide and open 24 hours. They made the process really easy and informed us of all the benefits by being under monitoring agreement. Told both of our neighbors about our experience and they plan to sign up too."

"The sales experience is smooth and no pressure. I was offered a pretty much the best price on the market, with a free outdoor camera. I was able to use the existing wired system in the house. I just needed to have one infrared sensor put in the house, but luckily it is included in the installation package."

"Customized Security Solutions is a top notch - A+++ in every way. They deserve more than 5 stars a "10" in each category. Tim Reid is a true professional - knowledgeable, courteous, patient, reliable and trustworthy - he goes above and beyond. He took time answering our many questions and accommodated our tight time schedule. Jeremy was also excellent. The two technicians, Eric and Tyler, were extremely competent, respectful and pleasant. The complicated system was installed thoroughly and efficiently given the short time window in which to complete the work. When there was a need for an adjustment to the system, given the complexities in such an installation, Tim was readily accessible and responsive, and the techs returned to make the adjustments in a day given our limited time frame. The work is superb. It is not just the quality but also the enthusiastic manner in which the work was done. Tim and his team are so genuine. They are conscientious and committed to do each job with excellence. We immediately felt comfortable with Tim and knew we made the right choice. We highly recommend without hesitation Customized Security Solutions! You will not be disappointed. You will be more than satisfied with the work and with Tim and the team. We only wish that Tim and team were also in other lines of business, as it will be difficult to find other businesses with such high caliber work and people. We wish this company all the success in the world. It deserves the highest accolades for a job so well done. Thank you Tim and team!!! You are the best! For anyone reading these comments in search of the services of such a company, please do not look elsewhere. This is the one and only company you should use! You will be 100% satisfied and so impressed with the quality of the work, and most importantly, with the people."

"Dave installed a ceiling fan for me and the process went smooth and he cleaned up after himself."

"I can use it around the house or outside"

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"It was a smooth and simple installation .  I had 3 doors and 15 windows which they sent me individual little connectors that go on each item.  I did all the numbering and data  for each unit and installed each one with minor corrections .  The phone call took a few minutes with minor
