"I've had 2 delightful experiences with John Webb's electrical services over the past few months. He first came out to install a new range vent hood. He did a great job and his fee was reasonable and competitive. We are renovating a house built in the 70s and then decided to hire Webb's Electrical to install overhead lighting with ceiling fans in the 4 upstairs bedroom with new wall switches installed to operate both the fan and light separately. While they were on-site, he highly recommended that we replace all outlets due to the age of the house as many of them were very loose. I already knew this was a concern that I should address and decided to proceed with the project. They did a great job, were highly professional, courteous and efficient on both projects. I plan to hire John for a near-term upgrade from our old fuse box to breakers based upon these 2 service experiences. "J&M Electrical did an outstanding job of installing a home backup generator. When the gentleman came out to do the onsite inspection and provide me with the results and options, it was a no pressure sales approach. He walked me through the entire process that was used to determine what size generator I would require in the event of a power failure. When he had left the house that evening it was not with an ultimatum of “You must let us know right away, or in the next 72 hours” type approach. In this case it was more along the lines of “Think it over and we are glad to have been able to present our product” Once we decided to have the generator installed the communication from the front office in regards to what was required from me and what the contractor would provide was excellent. Scheduling was easy and all that was discussed was provided on time and with no exceptions. The work crew was on time and cleaned up upon completion of the installation. Overall an outstanding experience and I would recommend them to anybody looking to have a backup home generator installed."
