With Tony's input, we devised a way to convert a rarely used closet in the back of the house, extending for a short distance into the attached garage. A service door was built on the garage-side of the alcove allowing easy access for cleaning. An exhaust fan was mounted on the top of the alcove venting airborne dust to the outside of the house. The alcove is well insulated to prevent any loss of heat from the house. The area has the appearance of being built by a true professional remodeler. I would recommend Tony to anyone who wants a first-class remodeling project performed.
