"Direct Plumbing has done several plumbing jobs for us, including replumbing the whole house, hot water heater, clogs, etc. We wouldn't hire anyone else. The work has been done professionally and with outstanding results, especially after the whole house was done. Thank you for always being there for our plumbing needs."

"I received the call back soon after I input my information into Angie. The conversation was honest and very professional. A tech was at my location within hours, located the problem and the water was back on. My tenants had been without water for over a week because of the effects of the hurricane. I let everyone know how efficient Southern plumbing is and I would recommend them to everyone."

"JT did a great job. He diagnosed the source of the leak, had the parts he needed to repair the toilet on his truck and completed the job within an hour. He was very personable and efficient. He was also very prepared to maintain social distancingand minimize any possibility of contracting and our spreading the virus in our household."

"Our tech Darren took a lot of pride in his work. He explained what he is going to do to fix the problem before he started to fix the master bath faucet leakage. We then hired him to install 2 new sink faucets for the master bath, and got him to fix the spigot outside and replaced a new one. Heâ  s very respectful, he wears shoe covers, and cleaned up the work area after his job."

"The company called me shortly after inquiring about plumber services. An appointment was made for the next day, as this was not an emergency. Dave and Shawn arrived on-time. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Both men were courteous and knowledgeable. Price for repairs was reasonable and fair. I would definitely call this company again for plumbing work."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."
