"Hayrol from Top 1 Appliance promptly called me as soon as I put an inquiry into Angi.com. Hayrol was able to get to my house within 2 hours of our initial conversation and upon inspection of my washing machine, he knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He gave me an approximate price and time frame on how long the repair would take. Hayrol fixed my washer so fast and explained the process to me while he was fixing it. He was very knowledgeable, has wonderful customer service skills and cleaned up after himself. He also sent my invoice promptly. I will definitely recommend Hayrol to anyone looking for appliance repair! Thank you Hayrol! 10/10 will hire again!"

"I hired Luviano Brothers to install a new microwave and this was the best decision I could have made to not attempt the project myself. As a regular do-it-yourself person, this job needed work beyond a replacement bracket or a plug. The Luviano Brothers went to work on the install, had to make adjustments for the granite slab and I was so impressed with their work and customer service, I also had them install a new oven and cooktop. The modifications that were needed were way beyond my ability. My appointment was in the later afternoon on a Friday. They stayed late to add on my extra request without making a second appointment and I couldnâ t be happier with the job they did! Their work is clean and they clearly possess the experience to do most anything. They are extremely personable , honest and competent. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again. The Luviano Brothers are a fantastic find."

"It went well.  Creig came by, surveyed the house, the attic space, and availability of electrical circuits and provided a reasonable quote for the work.  About a week and a half later, when I had the fans on hand, I called him up, and he was available for the following Saturday.  It turned out a long day for him, but he did his work well.  He was pleasant and professional.  I'm satisfied with the completed work.  I feel I got good value for my money, and would definitely hire him again."

"Although the heat exchanger was still under warranty - the labor intensive job to remove the old one and install a new one wasn't. The labor was $929.00 to complete this all day job. I decided to replace the inducer motor at the same time since it was only a matter of time until it failed. I called Zak - the general manager and he agreed to give me a long-term customer discount. Steve Brown, my service technician notified me that morning when he would arrive and was right on time. He was easy to work with, showed me the wear to the units and explained what he was doing throughout the installation. After removing the heat exchanger, Steve pointed out the evaporator coils needed to be cleaned and gave me a discount for that work too. No one likes an expensive HVAC repair bill, however Ray O. Cook worked with me to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future."

FAQs for appliance (major electric appliance) installation and replacement projects in Herald, CA

A pro starts by setting the units in place and connecting them to the right plumbing lines, electrical circuits, and, for the dryer, a vent. If the hookups already exist, the job is quick. When they don’t, the installer must add plumbing, outlets, or a vent run, which takes more time and increases the price, especially when the laundry area is located far from existing utilities.

You’ll need the right pros for a tight stacked setup. A natural-gas plumber handles the water lines, drain, and any gas work, while an electrician installs the circuit the dryer needs. If venting or framing changes are required, hire a general contractor to patch the drywall or adjust the framing so that everything meets code and operates safely.

Permanent models need complete plumbing, electrical, and—for dryers—vent hookups. Portable units skip most of that and can run on a standard outlet with a temporary water connection. If your home already has a code-approved hookup, you just connect the new appliances. If not, hire a licensed pro to add the lines and vent so the machines run safely and efficiently.

Relocating a hookup costs between $500 and $5,000, as it may involve installing new outlets, gas lines, vents, and drain pipes. The price increases when the new location is far from existing utilities or requires additional framing and drywall work. Have licensed professionals evaluate your layout, provide a quote for the move, and handle the installation so that every component meets code and works safely.
