"Work itself was good, but service was not so good. Arden checked out my dishwasher and gave a quote. Next day another guy showed up to do work and tells me my air gap needed replacing and now there would be another service charge plus cost of replacement as he would need to come back again. He did not reattach my water hose unbeknownst to me and when I turned on water it leaked all over. Next day Arden shows up to replace air gap and as I was not happy gave me discount finished work but could not put on bottom panel as the other repairmen took the screws, said he could come back anytime in the next couple weeks. About a week or so later I texted him and he said yes he would finish but then never heard back. Even when I texted again. While the dishwasher works fine the service was not."

"My Pro, Farhad arrived early with parts because he was in my area. It was a holiday but he was anxious to help. With gas prices clients need to be a bit flexible if at all possible IMHO. He was familiar with my appliance and service was exceptional. He was courteous and treated me with kindness. My appliance is now running like it should or better. I appreciate his service and demeanor would highly recommend Farhad for service needs."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Great work on fixing our fridge, very fast and clean work. Definitely reliable and fast paced work!"

"I still have water leaking inside my refrigerator. I need to call him back to makesure it is repaired."

"Affordable and knowledgeable. Fixed once and never a problem after that. Very accommodating to schedule and fair with pricing. Guy knows his trade. I would not recommend anyone else as per experience I got attitude and inflated estimates by other companies ! I was recommended to the owner Hayrol by a commercial customer of mine as their go to guy when repair of appliances is needed ! Fridge wasn’t working on the freezer side. Called that morning and by the evening I had a working freezer and is been 3 years no problems. A few months later my dryer broke and again he fixed it and serviced my washer machine. Can’t go wrong with Top 1 !"

"

Overall, he performed splendidly,  and we were very satisfied. He was punctual. When he had an unavoidable conflict, he immediately telephoned and rescheduled his appoinment. He worked very diligently, timely and was meticulous about cleaning up after the front yard sprinkler line repair. He gave sound advice and made good recommendations. His labor prices were very reasonable. He is knowledgeable about his craft and inspires trust and confidence. We will certainly recommend him.

"Nice job. Easy. Work done to my satisfaction. Cleaned up and left just like new."

"I cannot say enough good things about North Pole Supply. A technician from the company sent me a text message shortly after I reached out to him on the Angi website. He was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer based on video that I sent him via text and was able to squeeze me in the next evening. He arrived on time and was incredibly courteous and friendly. He brought the necessary parts to fix the dryer and quickly went to work disassembling the dryer. Less than an hour later, the dryer had been reassembled and was working perfectly. My dryer is now quieter than it has ever been--no more loud screeching noises. I am so glad that I found North Pole Supply. I will be a customer for years to come."

"It went good. They came in and I was satisfied with the service that they did and I would use them again."
