"Great! Excellent communication from the project manager, work crew went out of their way to do a great job and to pick up materials for me when delivery wasn't possible. They were punctual, cleaned up at the end of each day, tried to minimize the intrusion as much possible, and were really nice guys, great to work with. Work was done on time and on budget. Kitchen looks great and I couldn't be happier. The price was for labor and raw materials. We supplied the cabinets, lighting, countertops, sink, appliances, and windows. We also decided to get the attic insulated at the same time at their suggestion- that addition was not included in the cost below (I don't remember how much it was but it was reasonable.) Here's what the work included: Demo existing kitchen including walls, floor, ceiling and windows. New electrical sub panel and wiring in kitchen Gas line added to kitchen (gas was already in the basement area) Installation of new walls, floors, ceiling, windows, doors, trim Installation of cabinets, countertops, appliances, sink Painting Attic insulation (additional)"

"It was a design and build project: a 1200 sq ft 2-story addition to an existing house - two bedrooms, three baths, family room with wet bar, and office. Also a new 2-car garage. Matt Kennedy creatively designed the connection so as to access an existing 2nd story bedroom to the new hallway which connected it to one of the two new bathrooms. Robert Cerletti chose and managed very well the various subcontractors who were mostly expert professionals in their specialties - foundation, building structure, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, stucco and painting, wood/tile/carpeted flooring, and all finishing touches. From experience they knew how to work with city planners to reduce time for permit issuances. They recommended some added special features such as crown moulding, ornate wood stair railings, custom bathroom fixtures, exterior French water drainage, and quality kitchenette cabinets in the family room. From start to finish the project completed on-time within 9 months - delayed only by some unexpected heavy rains at the beginning slowing some foundation work. Six months has now passed since project completion and I could not be more pleased with the new addition. Robert Cerletti was on site frequently, checking on subcontractor work, consulting with me for input, discussing suggestions and ideas, getting progress payments, and paying his subs on time. The project completed on budget except where I specified added work beyond plan. I highly recommend Cerletti and Kennedy for similar projects small or large."

"We hired Bear Remodeling to convert our garage into an ADU for my mom to live in, and they knocked it out of the park! They handled everything. "It was a pleasure to work with Eric, we hired him for a complete backyard renovation which included tree removal, leveling the surface and place pavers and a deck on top. Also built a retaining wall. The work came out very nice in part because of the great design ideas that Eric gave us. The project ran into some unexpected issues that Eric was able to overcome nicely. We were impressed how Eric handled the project and met all the deliverables, also his team was extremely polite an professional. Our backyard now looks like the ones advertised in magazines.
