"It could not have possibly gone better. The repair was done in no time and the cost was less than quoted. It doesn't get much better than that. I also want to add that somebody apparently was able to log in under my account and gave these people a rating of F and I want to apologize for that. It was not me and I would never give them a negative rating. As a matter of fact I just made an appointment with them to come and repair our washing machine so again I'm sorry for the problem. I have contacted Angie's List and asked them to remove it. For whatever reason they won't let you remove reviews yourself......which doesn't really make much sense to me but anyway...sorry for the mistake All Better Appliance LLC. "This Company is 5 Stars all the way! If you have a home appliance in need of repair you won't find a better solution than working with the House Mechanic. Bennie is the man, arrived right on time, had my dryer apart and diagnosed and back together in about 30 minutes. Picked up the part and returned the same day at a time that was convenient for me. Took the dryer apart, replaced the part and had it back together again in another 30 minutes. Only charged me for one trip charge and 1 hour labor. I told Bennie the House Mechanic had all my business as long as they wanted it. I will refer this company to everyone I know. Call them, you will be so glad you did!"
