I even had a couple of issues that had nothing to do with the flooring, and he always said donâ t worry, well take care of it. And his talented crew certainly did. His one-on-one communications explaining all the details of the process along with his diligence especially when it comes to the product was amazing. In addition, the workmanship was excellent as well as their code of ethics from start to finish. I had scheduled other companies to give me bids, and after all the bids were in, I had one last consultation with Julian, and I knew he was the one I wanted to work with.
