"If there were six stars to choose from, that would be the rating I would give for the service provided. They were efficient, on time, and had a very professional and friendly personality, doing an amazing job repairing my ceiling. I will be using them for future handyman projects!"

"He is one of the few contractors that I don't have to worry about, if he says he will make it happen it will happen."

"Everyone at Sheffield was great to work with! We had a HUGE remodel in our master bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everyone that worked with us was extremely skilled and knowledgable. They kept in contact with us every step of the way. We are thrilled with the outcome and will hire them again."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Great ! Very friendly and on time for inspection and gave estimate on the spot! Offered in-house financing. Experienced and knowledgeable. Did not try to sell or add on unnecessary things. Recommend highly!"

"We needed a tub replaced with a walk-in shower. Lavish Lux renovation did a great job. The end result looks better than we thought we would be able to afford. Raymond and his team over delivered, finished on time and on budget. I highly recommend them and will use again."

"I had had the same leak repaired 3 times previously by other vendors and the leak kept coming back. Castle took the time to remove shingles and really fix the leak. The gentleman knew exactly where the leak was starting and knew how to fix it. It thrills me to not have to worry about the leak causing more damage."

"Dunier and his team were exceptional, now I love my bathroom again! I will definetly call him again when I have another project. If you are in need of any remodeling give Gift Remodeling a call you'll be glad you did!"

"

Frank is a perfectionist and he performed many tasks that I would have never thought of myself (sanding multiple times before painting, accounting for slope in concrete slab prior to making cuts, etc.)  Our project had an agreed upon price for all labor with material expense charged on receipts provided with no additional markup.  Frank purchased all materials so we did not have to make trips to lumberyards, etc.  He is a very cost conscious person and as such found ways to economize that did not effect the end product.  The work area was totally cleaned at the end of the work day.  At the end of our project we hired Frank to perform some misc. other handyman tasks (garage lights installed, wiring for lighting and receptacles in garage attic, bathroom light/fan installation, closet lighting).  Frank's professionalism, trade knowledge and honesty were evident throughout our interactions with him.  We will use Frank again on other project ideas we have for the future.  We have already referred Frank to friends and neighbors.
