They suggested using fluted trim that matched the trim in our den as well as other features that truly enhanced the look and made the bookcases seem they were original to the construction of the home. "Wonderful experience. I had an old island torn out and they were able to build me a new island in my kitchen exactly the way I wanted.....with bookshelves on one end. They customized my kitchen without having to hire a separate kitchen designer. They are very precise in their measurements. I changed my mind on the granite color one day before it was due to be delivered and installed (I got lucky that it had not been cut yet) I felt really bad about canceling but this was a huge decision for me and I wanted it to be right and I wanted to love it not just like it! They had scheduled everyone to come that next day, but when I cancelled they were sooooo understanding. They want you to LOVE your new kitchen too . A month later after I had made a definite decision about my cabinets and granite, installation was easy and quick. The guy who built my custom bookshelf, I highly recommend his work, it's beautiful!
