"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"I contacted Closet + Room Solutions via their Web site.    Beth, the designer, contacted me by e-mail within a day or so, and we scheduled an in-home consultation within a week.  Beth arrived on time, measured my closets, talked to me about what I wanted, and sat down right there with her laptop to produce designs for the space.  She showed me the designs, and we discussed and altered them  in accordance with my preferences.  <br /> <br /> After the in-home consultation, Beth e-mailed me the designs and a contract.  We met on a Friday afternoon, and she sent me the materials on the following Monday.  I had a second estimate with another company set for Tuesday, so I delayed a decision.  Beth contacted me once to see if I had any questions. I did, and she answered them immediately. <br /> <br /> I decided, based on both design and price, to hire Closet + Room Solutions.  They scheduled the installation within a week of the time I made the decision. <br /> <br /> The gentleman who did the installation arrived on time and performed the services exactly as I hoped he would.  He removed the existing closet fixtures and installed the new ones, including a closet door for one of the closets.  He also took away all the building materials he had removed from the closets, and said that Closet and Room Solutions could have the materials recycled. <br /> <br /> The work was performed well, in a timely fashion, and exactly in accordance with the contract.  <br /> <br /> I paid half of the cost up front (when I signed the contract), and half upon installation of the closets. <br /> <br /> This was a very satisfactory experience. I recommend Closet + Room Solutions, and I would use them again if I decide to have more work done."

"The two workers showed up on time. They installed 2 pieces of countertop as well as a new top on the island. The work they did was outstanding. Where the two pieces of countertop come together there is no seam. They were professional both in the work they did as well as how they acted both towards my husband and myself and towards each other. They were very courteous. They knew what they were doing. They were polite. They were respectful of our home. They cleaned up all of the mess that they made doing the job. I will definitely have them come back and do more work for us in the future."

"<p>We contacted Terin Wales on May 2014 and he was there within hours to see what we wanted done on our cabin. The next week, Memorial Day Weekend he contacted us to show us an estimate for a 24 x 28 garage. My husband told him we would like it done by the fourth of July and Terin said all things considered he would try, cement had to be poured, weather conditions, whatever is under the ground in this heavily wooded area....Long story short the cement held up the project by a few days as the were tons of rocks and tree roots that had to be removed...along with that and his other jobs he and his crew kept in touch with us throughout the project as we were only there a couple of weekends. He did an excellent job matching the existing shingle on the end where he added the garage (we built the cabin over several years and didn't match as well). </p> <p>We were so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism not to mention attention to detail, that we hired him and his crew to build a roof over the entire rest of the cabin. We had an addition that had a shallow pitch to the roof over it and wanted to have a steeper pitch. We contacted Terin again in May for the job to be done by the 4th. Each rafter goes from the peak to the front wall with supports to keep the weight even throughout. They did an excellent job again finishing a week early. This job included matching the T-11 siding grooves down to a millimeter. We happened to be there when they were finishing up one day and they pick up everything....any nails on the ground any scrap of wood. We would highly recommend Terin and his guys as they do a great job.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"I have the most beautiful kitchen by Custom Creations. I designed the kitchen and we worked out together on how to design the cabinets. He is so good. My contractor estimated what he thought it should have cost and he came down right at the money so I imagine that it was what it was, it was fair. His punctuality was very good considering he lives in Traverse City and we live down here. He's honest, very kind and you can trust him in your home. He's also very friendly. I enjoyed having him in my home."
