"I generally really dislike leaving feedback. I find myself honest to a fault because I believe it's a responsibility to leave honest, accurate feedback for potential other customers. Then I go through this process of "am I being too nit-picky", "am I being overly sensitive", etc, and finally I don't leave the review because if it isn't good, will it hurt the business, or just as bad, reviews that say "they were great" isn't helpful at all....and so I buckle under the pressure of my own assessment. I say all that here to tell you I have ZERO issues writing this review right now. I reached out to Mr. Electric because a project that was supposed to start in August was bumped up on the schedule, and as always, I procrastinated getting someone to come out and move an electrical box and some conduit. I reached out to Mr. Electric on a Thursday, and the following Monday was promised someone (Travis M from Mr Electric) would come out and give us a quote on the work. Travis showed up right on time, and only was he super-flexible with whatever work I asked for (added in 2 outside electrical boxes besides the electrical box reconfiguration and move), they gave me a more than reasonable quote for the work and told me they could get the work done right then and there. My wife and I agreed, and the final result was phenomenal. Travis M and also Andrew from Mr. E jumped right in, and did a superb, professional job in a matter of a couple of hours. I would be remiss if I didn't say that not only was their work professional, their attitude and conduct was professional beyond reproach. To be fully honest, they looked and acted the part of professional electricians from a professional company. These 2 gentlemen represented Mr. Electric in a fully excellent way, and they will be my go-to for future projects. Perfect 10 out of a possible 5 stars!"

"Francis, the owner, was a professional delight. Arrived on time, worked for hours, finished and cleaned up, and our dog accepted him as "belonging" in the house, even as he went in and out. He installed outlets in the front and back of the house (there were none when we bought this 1935 home) and changed the indoor outlets to grounded outlets. He was pleasant, thoughtful of the home, and patient with questions. A good hire and I would use him again. Thank you!"

"Excellent. Electrical work in a 120 year old house in not easy at best, its a real challenge that includes working in the old attic and basement. The fans are beautiful and both working as promised. "The first time we called Powerman it was past 5:00pm on a Friday night. He returned our call by 7:00pm and scheduled time to meet with at 10:00am the very next morning on a Saturday. We were moving into a new house and needed him to help with various problems around the house. He gave us an incredibly fair estimate for all of the things we needed worked on and we were able to get him scheduled to do the work the right away. A little while later, an outdoor light he has installed for us stopped working. We reached out an he sent someone to look at it the same day. We found out the light had gone bad -- and just needed to install a new one. He didn't charge us for checking it out even though it wasn't his fault! A few months later we had an emergency where a section of the house's electricity stopped working. I called him late that night and he was over the very next day to find the problem and fix it! I cannot more highly recommend Mike -- he is incredibly responsive, affordable, a fantastic electrician and all around great guy! Look no further, your lifetime electrician is right here!!!"

"Honest, reliable, trustworthy and friendly. Fabulous experience as another company was not able to determine the electrical problem and rewired system back incorrectly after two attempts requiring another appointment for "possible" fix. Thankfully with all the knowledge - Josh (who came out initially) along with Tom and Rich completing the job my issue was fixed. I would recommend S & I Electric, Inc to anyone needing any type of electrical work done. Front porch light is working to include switches in the basement and living room. Well done. "I had him do several small jobs and one bigger job. The small jobs were hanging ring towel holders in two bathrooms, hang a smoke/c.o. detector, replace a piece of siding outside. The big job was installing a new disposal. A couple days later my dishwasher wasn’t working so I called a company to come fix it. But after giving it some thought I decided maybe it had something to do with the new disposal. And sure enough, it did. So I had to cancel the repair people and called Handyman Helper back. And they realized the problem immediately and sent the guy back on Monday morning to fix it. He said he hadn’t done one in a long time so he mistakenly left off a major thing to connect to the water outlet from the dishwasher. It was an honest mistake and I was extremely pleased that it was taken care of so quickly. It just caused a minor inconvenience with the dishwasher because I had to get out the water standing on the bottom that couldn’t drain out before it was fixed."

"I bought an old house three years ago. At only 700 square ft. we believe it was built around 1940 to 1945. There was only one outlet in the master bedroom and wiring for the rest of the house was severely outdated. A friend recommended Danny. He installed several recessed overhead lights in the bedrooms and the kitchen, wall switches, and electrical outlets. The bathroom needed better lighting. The light there was just a single pull-string light. He ran the wire for the lights and the switch with two outlets. Fantastic job. Last year I decided to replace the old drywall. Danny came by and redid much of the wiring throughout the rooms and upgraded all of the outlets to code in the kitchen. A few weeks ago I fixed up the laundry room in the basement. Danny replaced the old suspended lights with more recessed lighting. It is so much brighter down there now then what it was. He does great work. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate everything he has done. As I have said, the house is a small house. Danny could tackle a house of any size. He has the confidence and the expertise to do it properly from the start. In years to come, we may expand the place. We may put a downstairs bedroom on as an addition. I will not hesitate to ask Danny to do all the wiring in this project. Highly recommended."
