"Hamado is a rare find for a contractor. He is honest, thorough, and leaves the repair looking as if the damage never happened. I am a single female homeowner who stepped on a ceiling panel while changing out my insulation in the attic. The long side of a whole panel popped open. The panel needed to be drilled into the joists again and popcorn ceiling reapplied. Oh my Lord did other contractors try to take me for a ride...everything up to my whole ceiling needing to be replaced. Hamado was respectful (no contractor theatrics that my house needed to be replaced), assessed the damage fairly, and gave me a unbelievable fair quote. He showed up on time on the workday and made the ceiling look as if I never stepped on it. Beautiful work. And Angela who handled his quotes and booking with me was a total professional. This is a team you can trust...will be definitely be going to them the next time I screw up my house during one of my genius DIYs."

The estimate was very fair, and he scheduled the repair work to coincide with our plumbers who had to remove the water heater. Plaster and drywall work was excellent, clean up was excellent, and he even re-attached a door molding for us. Very responsive and excellent service. Highly recommended."

"I had a sump pump system installed in the Spring of 2016. The installation went smoothly and the system was tested and worked fine. A few months later, prior to leaving on a vacation, I tested the system by filling the sump basin with water. Water sensor did not work and pump did not come on. I called B-Dry and they came out and installed a new sensor and switch. Installation now works fine. Very satisfied with the level of service from B-Dry."

All furniture was carefully removed from all rooms without scuffing the walls or damaging the furniture, the new flooring was installed without any gaps, and all molding was installed perfectly...even around tight and small corners! We couldn't be happier with how the floors turned out and would highly recommend them!"

"Did not complete the job. I paid in full, but several items not completed. I was assured it would be done and they had several months to do so, but was not completed in time for the rental season. Did not respond professionally when confronted and did not offer a rebate for the items not completed, though I asked. I should know never pay in full until you see the end result in person."

"The house has never received a negative comment, except that one person thought it was a little small (~1800sqft, with an unfinished room over garage). We gave up some size (quantity), and with some good ideas from Ronnie and his Framing team added quality back to the house. So much more can be done to the house that was planned for during the construction that minimal additional cost would be involved to complete many additions if desired. Am looking forward to building a second home with Ronnie in about a year or so."
