"Joe uses very good judgement in all my repairs. He quickly responded to this service call placed by the tenant. He assessed the age of the water heater and advised it was past it's useful life and recommended replacing.
He does service calls on all my rentals from minor repairs to complete remodeling. His judgement is good on what needs fixing or replacing. His rates are very fair plus his quick turn around of the homes gets vacant rentals back on the market quickly. He always treats my calls as important whether they are a small repair like a garbage disposal gone bad or a roof that's leaking and that needs replacing. He is my go-to guy for all service calls."

He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. "It worked out well. I haven't gone up there to check the gutters myself. But they had a crew out, they worked. I think they did a good job. They came out the day after I purchased the Big Deal. I got them to give me an estimate to fix the leaks in the roof, but I thought it was too high, so I went with someone else. They did the job efficiently. They had a lot of guys out here. Very good price. I'm assuming it is done properly. We've had a lot of rain and I don't see any problems. I would use them again if they gave me that good deal. It was a good service, but the prices are high, unless you get a discounted offer through Angie's List. The estimate for the roof was very high. The young guys who did the work were really very professional. The job they did was good."

The crew was on time every day and did an excellent job of cleaning up as if they were never there. I was equally impressed with the timeliness in which they completed the project, a total of 8 days from tear down to final city inspection.
