"Overall, I was very satisfied. They were busy, so it took some time to schedule the work, but the issues were not urgent. I called Garafano Electric for an estimate in late December. They came out to provide an estimate within about 10 days. The work was scheduled on a date convenient for me, several weeks later. I needed them to come out for a follow-up visit on the faulty lighting circuit and they scheduled that very quickly. They were able to identify an intermittent problem with one of the circuits and came up with an effective solution. They also recommended a good wireless switch and came up with a clean way to install it without cutting into walls or the ceiling. They did the routine work - replacing outlets and switches - very efficiently. The pricing seemed very fair. I purchased the parts myself and provided them. They offered good options in a couple of situations where unexpected conditions were discovered. I would definitely recommend them and use them again."

"They quickly and efficiently determined that the aluminum wiring on the outside outlet, which had never been pigtailed with copper like the inside outlets in the house, had worked itself loose inside the outlet box. This outlet tied in with the other two inside the house, and both worked after fixing the first outlet. The wiring was pigtailed, and a GFI installed. They answered all my questions courteously and professionally, and honored the Angie's List coupon."

"I had a terrible time finding someone to repair a broken cord on my custom Austrian shade for my patio slider, and was facing having to replace it even though it was in good condition otherwise. It was a somewhat tricky job but Vahik completed the repair beautifully. I was thrilled to be able to keep the shade, and it works like new."

"The electrician was over an hour late for his appointment. Aside from that, the owner and his employee were very helpful at instaling the extra outlet and pointing out flaws in the electrical system in the house. Highly recommended."

"they're a great company and the men that came out to work, came on time and worked hard the time they were there, and they did a great job. My only suggestion would be when you have your electrical rewired they have to put holes in your walls to allow them to put new wiring in and I mean a lot of holes everywhere! Anywhere you have a outlet, light switch, up and down your walls. If they used a round 3" or 4"drill and kept the plugs their customer would be able to repair the walls so much easier than them cutting random hole sizes and shapes in the walls. just a suggestion to make your clients love you all the more."

"Raymond and team did an excellent job installing an outdoor outlet for an electric vehicle!! We will absolutely call them for our next project."
