"My electric panel failed, leaving my house without any power. My house is ALL electric so there was no heat in addition to the other outages associated with a power failure. I called G&R and Ganesh , the owner, immediately understood the need for a quick response. Within an hour Omesh responded and assessed the issue, recommended what action to take, gave me an estimate and said he could be here the next morning to remove the old panel and install a new one. I agreed and at 9am the next day(today) Omesh and Nick were at my door, commenced the work and by 2pm completed the job. Before leaving Ganesh joined the others and he and Omesh went about labeling all the circuit breakers in the box to what room, outlet, appliance, etc they controlled. Fine young men, quality workmanship, clean, neat work. Thank yo Omesh, Ganesh and Nick Highly recommend G&R"

Three hanging integrated LED lights installed with all new dimmable switches including one al right over a stair case which was a pain, at least in my opinion to get to. Even giving a tip of 10%, it was still 400 bucks cheaper. Just FYI, get everything you need ahead of time. This lower price came from being prepared, I'm sure it would have been far more expensive if they were bringing their own switches and equipment."
